    Data Deletion Instructions

How to remove QuickDine AI Meta app access and request deletion of Meta-related data.

    1. Scope

This page is the Data Deletion Instructions URL for QuickDine AI Meta integrations, including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads publishing workflows. The QuickDine Marketing MCP app is used for QuickDine-managed social accounts and brand publishing operations.

    2. Remove QuickDine AI from your Meta account

    1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
    2. Select Apps and Websites.
    3. Find the QuickDine AI or QuickDine Marketing MCP app entry.
    4. Select Remove to revoke app access.

You can also review connected business assets in Meta Business settings and remove QuickDine app access from Pages, Instagram accounts, Threads profiles, or other assets you manage.

    3. Request deletion from QuickDine AI

To request deletion of Meta-related data held by QuickDine AI, email support@quickdineai.com with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request.

Include the email address you used with QuickDine AI and enough detail to identify the relevant Meta connection, such as the Facebook Page name, Instagram handle, Threads profile, or app-scoped user ID if you have it. Do not send passwords, access tokens, private keys, or payment details.

    4. What QuickDine AI deletes

After we verify the request, we delete Meta access tokens, app-scoped identifiers, connected Page or profile references, publishing job metadata, and related operational records that are no longer required to provide the service.

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or audit obligations. Any retained records are limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

    5. Timing

We normally acknowledge deletion requests within 10 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

    6. Privacy policy

Our broader privacy practices are described in the QuickDine AI Privacy Policy.
